A). Packing list
Product includes sensor (integration of chainwheel and right crank), left crank, support plates set, spring, crank cover (two pcs), sensor controller, control panel and double chain cover.
B). specification
1．For bike: 24V is often used for 16~24; 36V is often used for 24"~28”;
2.  Length of sensor wire: 320mm；
3.  Plug and wires: ecitypower standard.
4. Length of anti-rotation nut：H=13mm;
C). Reliability
1. Working temperature：-20℃—60℃；
2. Storage temperature: -20℃—60℃ 80小时；
3. Heat-resisting recycle ability：-30℃ 0.5Hours<═>80℃ 0.5Hours，to test for 3 cycles；
4. High temperature and high humidity ability:  stored for 0.5 hour under the condition of temperature 80℃ and humidity being 85％;
5. Voltage range：＋12V—＋15V；
6. Max speed：24KM/H；
8. Max load: 200KG including rider
9. Anti-fall-down: The crank will be ok after falling down 10 times.
10. Stretching strength of wire: Hold the wire, let the torque sensor fall down till the wire is tightened; the wire will not drop with 10 times continuous testing
11. Stretching strength of plugs :Pull at 40N, and the plug will not drop with continuous 50 times testing;
12. Tighten the screws: 40N.M
13. Chainwheel: Ride with PAS for 5000,KM per year; no malfunction occurs
D). Function
1. Torque parameter:
Start torque: Ms=8±2N?m        End Torque: Mr=33±3N?m;
2. Output voltage of the sensor: 0 / +5V；
3. Working voltage of the sensor: +12~+15V；
4. Chainwheel plate wave≤1mm ；
5. Chainwheel cycle wave≤0.6mm ；
E). Testing method for output signal at no load:
1. Testing equipment:
Ebike PAS pulse width testing machine
2. Testing method:
Install the product on the testing machine, test the voltage signal(clockwise and anti-clockwise) at the speed of 30~35RPM
