Rule 1

Reputation is our priority. If you have any problems with the received parcel, please email us first; You needn't to send unsatisfied products to us; We will give you the replacement after communication if needed. Our working-day is from Monday to Friday. We will reply you on working-days. You replied email will be delay on Saturday and Sunday. Please be patient to wait till Monday. If you insist to open a dispute on Paypal, you might need to send back the unsatisfied products to us first. When we received the returned products, we will refund you if you insist to get the payment back.

Rule 2

The shipping cost is only calculated by the total weight of the cargo. If the volume is too big, or if there are some batteries in your order, the shipping maybe will be insufficient. And sometimes, some express company consider battery as dangerous item and refuses to carry it.

Rule 3

If you want leave me a message on postscript column when you pay by bank wire, only "Given Name:FANGQING,Surname:XIE" is allowable.  Please don't write "order, invoice, etc" words on postscript column. Otherwise, our bank will refund your payment.

Rule 4

We only can send batteries by DHL and EMS recently.

Rule 5

The European Commission introduced the Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI). Please leave your EORI number on your order when you are in Europe.
